Contact apparatus of the nitrite-nitrate salt unit
The comprehensive modernization of the contact apparatus is aimed at increasing its operational efficiency. The goal of the modernization is to improve the filtration rate, balance the stress, extend the operational life of the catalyst package in the reactor, and reduce irrecoverable losses of MPG.
Contact apparatus of the cyanide acid production unit
The contact apparatus is designed for the catalytic oxidation process of ammonia and methane mixture with oxygen from air, aiming to produce cyanide acid in the contact gases, which then undergo stages of purification, absorption, and rectification.
Application area – equipment for industrial units producing cyanide acid, operating under atmospheric pressure.
Contact apparatuses of the UKL-7 and UKL-7M units
The contact apparatus is intended for the catalytic oxidation process of ammonia with air to oxygen on a platinum catalyst, producing nitrous gases, which are subsequently used for the production of nitric acid.
Application area – equipping industrial UKL-7 and UKL-7M units for the production of non-concentrated nitric acid operating at a single pressure of 0.63 MPa.
Contact apparatus of the AK-72 unit
The comprehensive modernization of the contact apparatus is aimed at increasing the efficiency of its operation. The goal of the modernization is to increase the conversion rate in the reactor, improve the homogeneity of the ammonia-air mixture, balance the load between the contact apparatuses, and reduce irreversible losses of precious metals (PM).
